At St. Fergal's College

Mrs. Stephanie Butler, H.S.C.L. has had a busy year co-ordinating programmes for parents which relate to important issues facing students and parents today.

To date there has been a series of meetings dealing with bullying given by Elizabeth Quinn of N.A.P.S. and drugs given by Ruth Armstrong H.S.C.L and Tony Quinn J.L.O. She has also initiated a series of smaller group meetings of 1st year parents relating to drugs awareness and this is ongoing.

Computer classes continued for parents and these were given by Aisling Phelan of St. Fergal's.

On the 16th of April 2008, behavioural psychologist, Mr. John Bannan gave a lecture on stress management.
