Graduation Night 2009

The staff and parents of St. Fergal's College bade farewell to the Leaving Certificate of 2009 at the Annual Graduation Ceremony held in the school at the end of May.
Fr. Patrick Carey celebrated Mass which was enhanced by the singing of the Junior Choir conducted by Ms. Vicky Murphy & Ms. Rachel Dunne.

The Principal, Mrs. Aine O' Neill began the evening by welcoming the parents, staff and students. She advised the students to have courage in these difficult times and to listen to their parents who had their best interests at heart.

Year Head Ms. Noeleen Lynam, reminded the group of some interesting times they had in the past. She advised them to work hard and to use their talents well. The President of the Students' Council, Enda Dowling replied on behalf of the students, thanking all teachers for their support and encouragement. He then presented Ms. Lynam with a framed copy of a poem penned in her honour by fellow classmate Emma Galvin.
